We aim to ship all in stock items within 1 working day using 1st Class Royal Mail. If there is any delay on your order being shipped we will notify you by email. Most orders are received within one working day of the product being sent, however, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your product.

All products sent via post are insured up to and including the value of £28 only. Products are only considered "lost" if they have not been received within 15 working days of dispatch. Returns You may withdraw from the sale within two (2) weeks without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter or e-mail) or if you return the goods to us. If you are a professional buyer or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall apply. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification or the goods are sent back within the timeframe mentioned above. Please send your goods to:
